I am a fitness trainer with a holistic view of health. For me, well-being means more than just exercise - it requires inner peace, good nutrition, conscious care and a strong mindset.

After my studies and several years in the business world, I experienced for myself how difficult it is to find peace. It was precisely from this experience that Nour De La Lune was created - as an invitation to give yourself more space again.

Together with my team, I work every day to create simple and effective ways to make everyday life less stressful and more conscious.
