I am a fitness trainer with a holistic approach to health. For me, well-being means more than just exercise—it requires inner peace, good nutrition, mindful self-care, and a strong mindset.

After completing my studies and spending several years in the business world, I experienced firsthand how difficult it is to find peace. It was precisely this experience that gave rise to Nour De La Lune—as an invitation to give yourself more space again.

Together with my team, I work every day to create simple and effective ways to make everyday life less stressful and more mindful.
